At the Y, we believe in the power of inspired young people. YMCA Action Sports breaks down boundaries so that young people have the opportunity to become healthier and more connected to our communities.
We accept monetary donations or gift-in-kind donations.
What we offer
Whether you're a business in the skate industry, a community organisation, or a philanthropic trust or foundation, we have a bespoke sponsorship package to suit you.
- You can sponsor YMCA Action Sports as a whole
Your contribution to YMCA Action Sports will support our operational costs and the running of our programs so that young people can learn to skate and become active and positive members of their local community.
You can choose to:
- Give a multi-year unrestricted donation
- Give a one-off donation
- Add YMCA Action Sports to your work place giving program
- Give gifts-in-kind donations (such as products or professional services)

- You can sponsor Skate Club
If you're a business in the skate industry, we'd encourage you to sponsor Skate Club - a group sporting program run by YMCA Action Sports in skate parks across Australia. By harnessing the energy and enthusiasm of young people into Action Sports, we help them become positive members of their community. - You can sponsor a competition or event
Whether it's a Skate Park Leagues event (Australia’s biggest skate, scooter and BMX competition series) or a Australian Skateboarding League competition, we've got an event for you to sponsor. We deliver over 180 Action Sports events nationwide each year. Each of our events attract between 300 to 600 people - bringing your organisation brand exposure and positive publicity.
You can choose to:
- Sponsor a series of events with monetary donations
- Sponsor a stand-alone event with a monetary donation
- Give gifts-in-kind donations (such as products or professional services)
